Warranty Policy
At Clear Vista concepts LLC, we stand behind the quality and durability of our polycarbonate transparent domes. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our product warranty.
Coverage
Warranty period:
- 5 years from the EXW date for the Polycarbonate Sheet and Aluminum alloy parts.
- 1 year from the EXW date for the electronic accessories and all other parts.
The warranty applies without misuse or damage by human courses, such as:
- Failure of function without external factors.
- Light flickering.
- Over 35% depreciation of light output compared with initial lumens.
- Problems caused by improper operation and installation of the buyer, including damages to the light source and driver caused by unstable current flow.
- Damage resulting while doing repair work.

Force Majeure and other acts of God.
- Operating temperature exceeds the range of -25℃ to 45 ℃.
Shipping policy
We will manage your shipping process from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly as possible. The shipping costs for domes is around 4500 dollars but for a limited time promotional offer we are providing free shipping to continental USA.(48 States only)
Terms and conditions:
- We provide free Standard Shipping within the Continental USA (48 States).
- After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If the item is out of stock, the supplier will inform us of the lead time which is generally 15-18 days and shipping transit time of 30 days on an average.

When placing your order, please verify that an 18-wheeler can easily access your location
- The delivery service includes curbside drop-off, meaning the driver will not move the dome to a garage or another spot on your property.
Receiving delivery:
- Delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery window once your dome is there on any of the Ports in the USA. Please make sure that either you or an authorized individual is available during the scheduled time to receive the delivery.
- Upon receiving your shipment, please thoroughly inspect all of the things inside the box
- Check for any missing or damaged packages, and note any issues on the bill of lading before signing. If there are discrepancies between your order and what was delivered, record the number of missing boxes on both your copy and the driver's, and make sure the driver signs both.
- Incase of damaged items, take photos of the unopened boxes and clearly mark "DAMAGED" on both your receipt and the driver's copy, ensuring the driver also signs them.
- Report any damage to us within 3 days of delivery
- If the damage is not your fault, the shipper will be responsible for any necessary repairs.

Return Policy
At Clear Vista Domes, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.
Due to the custom manufacturing process and the high cost of shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your dome arrives damaged or with defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide detailed photographs and a description of the damage or defect.
- Our customer service team will work with you to assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any dome that has been assembled or used
- Custom orders or specially configured domes
- Damage resulting from improper installation or use
Refund Amount
The shipping prices are too high so returns are not possible once the order is shipped.
If you would like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, we will charge you a 9% fee. That fee covers some of the charges that we have been charged when processing your order.

The primary panels of our clear domes are crafted from Bayer-imported polycarbonate from Germany, renowned for its unbreakable strength. The base features 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with anodizing treatment and powder coating, ensuring exceptional anti-corrosion properties and long-lasting durability.

- UV Protection: Our domes are made with polycarbonate sheets sourced from Bayer, Germany. These sheets have a double-sided 100μ UV coating, providing complete UV protection. Relax and enjoy nature inside our domes without worrying about sun exposure.
- Wind Resistance: Engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 80 Mph (145 Kmph), ensuring stability in harsh weather conditions.
- Snow Load Capacity: Robust design capable of supporting up to 6 ft of snow load.
- Fire Proof: Our polycarbonate sheets have a B1 flame retardant rating. With an ignition point of 580°C, the PC board will self-extinguish after catching fire. It emits minimal harmful gases and does not easily promote fire spread, making it an environmentally friendly building material.
Assembly
Assembly Time: Quick and easy assembly, typically completed within 2-4 hours. This is a DIY design and you don't need a contractor to do this.
Number of People Required: Can be assembled by two people using basic tools.
Tools Required: Only requires a standard set of tools including a screwdriver, wrench, and mallet.

Maintainance
To clean and maintain your dome, simply use a mixture of mild soap and water. Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or sponge, avoiding any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Do not scrub the surface, as this can cause scratches or damage. Regular, gentle cleaning will keep your dome looking pristine and ensure its longevity.

Since the dome is manufactured in Shenzhen China, the packaging is done in a wooden box, so that its safe in the LCL shipment.
