Return Policy

At Clear Vista Domes, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. 

Due to the custom manufacturing process and the high cost of shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  1. If your dome arrives damaged or with defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide detailed photographs and a description of the damage or defect.
  3. Our customer service team will work with you to assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Any dome that has been assembled or used
  2. Custom orders or specially configured domes
  3. Damage resulting from improper installation or use

Refund Amount

The shipping prices are too high so returns are not possible once the order is shipped.

If you would like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, we will charge you a 9% fee. That fee covers some of the charges that we have been charged when processing your order. 

Sales and Promotions:
Please Note:
  • Discounts from sales or promotions that occur post-purchase cannot be applied to your order, as these deals are limited to specific times and manufacturer-set prices. In other words, these offers are tied to changes in the manufacturer's pricing, allowing us to provide temporary discounts. Sales and promotions are time-limited and cannot be retroactively applied to existing orders.
